30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered.

Eligibility
Items must be unused, unopened, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

How to start a return
Contact us at shopify@hyperwiz.org before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear details or photos so we can review the issue and make it right.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
