United States shipping
Deyven initially ships to customers in the United States. Standard shipping is a flat $4.99 per order. Any available shipping charges and delivery estimates are shown at checkout before payment.

Order updates
We will send order updates to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking information will be sent when it is available for the shipment.

Delivery estimates
Delivery estimates shown at checkout or in an order confirmation are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, address issues, and other circumstances outside our control can affect delivery.

Shipping address
Please review the shipping address before placing an order. Contact us promptly if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment begins.

Lost, damaged, or delayed packages
If a package appears lost, arrives damaged, or has not updated for an extended period, contact us with your order number so we can review the shipment with the carrier.
